Laser cutting is an excellent way to produce high quality cut shapes and lettering that would be too intricate for conventional CNC routing or cutting processes. Our machines allow us to cut complex designs for a wide range of applications such as signage, displays and artworks.
We offer laser cutting of acrylic up to 20mm in thickness with a maximum bed size of 1200mm x 900mm. Our acrylic comes in a wide range of thicknesses, colours and finishes and cut pieces can have VHB tape applied or stand off fixings depending on how you wish to fit the designs.
Laser Cutting Applications
The cutting of acrylic by laser is typically used for the production of signage which can typically be cut lettering and logos but can also be used for promotional materials ,artistic designs and many other uses. Because laser cutting is so accurate designs can be reproduced to minute detail with clean crisp finished edges.
We stock a wide range of acrylics with many more products available and we are also able to print directly to acrylic before it is laser cut when stock colours are not suitable.

Laser Cut Acrylic Signs
We have lots of experience in producing acrylic signage that can be made form a single piece of acrylic or by using layers of different materials. For specific colour matching and finishing we are able to paint your design matching to most Pantone colours.

Acrylic Signage Installation
To aid in the installation of our acrylic lettering and signage we supply card or paper templates for accurate, trouble free installation. Your designs are supplied with templates and with VHB tape or stand off fixings depending on your requirements. Alternatively we provide a full UK wide installation service.
