SEG Silicon Edged Graphics has revolutionised the production of retail and event graphics, gone are the days of shipping bulky rigid panels to events that required specialist installation. Now with Silicon Edged graphics your new designs can be rolled up or folded and boxed of easy delivery and installation now requires no specialist tools or knowledge.
We print SEG Silicon Edges Graphics from a maximum roll width of 3.2 metres by almost any length required. Once printed your graphics are accurately cut and then hemmed on all sides with a silicon beed called keder. The stitched keder will fit into the frame profile of your display to create a perfect display that can updated in minutes.
SEG Silicon Edge Graphics Printing
We produce silicon edge graphics on both front-lit and back-lit materials. To ensure accurate sizing and durable prints we use a UV ink process with a special curing process. Detailed media profiling and calibration ensures vivid colour accurate prints that do not fade.
To compliment our printing services we also supply suitable aluminium frames for wall mounted front-lit displays and high quality light boxes for back-lit illuminated displays.
The aluminium profile used for both front-lit frames and illuminated back-lit light boxes is as standard in a satin aluminium finish but can be supplied painted to any RAL colour specified.
All our SEG fabric materials are fully fire rated making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
Back-lit fabrics are shipped rolled and front-lit can be folded and boxed.
For more complex requirements we will design specific frame solutions and off a full delivery and installation service.
SEG Keder Sewing
It is the sewing of the silicon keder stripes along all the finished edges that makes that secures the graphic into the frame and which makes removal and updating the graphics so easy. As standard we use a 14mm x 3mm white keder but for some portable and module systems we also off the 10mmx 2mm alternative.
SEG Front lit Displays
Our front-lit material has a fine fabric texture to the face and a black opaque backing to ensure no light see through.
Front-lit silicon edge graphics can be either folded of rolled for transportation and the durable UV inks ensure vibrant colours with no risk of fading.
SEG Back Lit Displays
Our back-lit silicon edged graphics are fully optimised for illuminated light box displays giving vibrant durable fade resistant colours.
SEG Free Standing Displays
